The philosophy of the Carroll Community School District's Gifted and Talented Program is to meet the diversified cognitive, emotional, and social needs of gifted and talented students regardless of gender, ethnic origin, socioeconomic status, or physical ability. As the needs of the gifted are met, students will develop into autonomous learners with the abilities to be responsible for the development, implementation, and evaluation of their own learning.
