You can visit your child's attendance centers office to sign-up for a Portal account or use the form below. Your portal account is active as long as you have a student in the district that attends Adams Elementary, CMS, or CHS.
*You only need to sign-up once, no matter how many children you have in the district.
Account information will be e-mailed to you at the e-mail address you provide. If you didn't find the message in your inbox, check your spam or junk mail folder.
