Registration

Registration packets for the 2011 - 2012 school year will be mailed out on July 14, 2011. Below are links for the registration materials for next school year. All forms are in PDF format and you will need Adobe Acrobat Reader or Preview to access them. Simply download all the forms to your computer, print hard copies to complete, and send the completed forms along with your registration fees to CCSD, 1026 North Adams Street, Carroll, Iowa 51401. If you do not have access to a computer or printer connected to a computer, please call the CCSD office at 712 - 792 - 8001, and we will mail you a set of all forms.

Or you can bring the completed forms with you to Carroll High School for Walk-In Registration on August 3rd from 7:00 am to 1:00 pm and August 4th between 11:00 am to 7:00 pm.

You also have the option of paying your fees online with PaySchools.
