NEW Absence Request Feature in Parent Portal

Absences for your student can now be requested in advance through the Parent Portal. See HERE for more information. Absences can continue to be called in to your student’s attendance center but this added feature is helpful for appointments, kids ill in the middle of night, planned vacations, etc.

Student Activity Passes

Thanks to the Bill Evans Foundation, Carroll High School Foundation, and Carroll Tiger Booster Club, student activity passes for TK-12th grade students are free for the 2025-26 year for most home events (some exclusions apply, i.e. drama productions, etc), PK and under are not charged for home activities. Information on how these passes will be distributed can be found HERE.

Fees

Fees are now assigned in Infinite Campus and can be paid online in the Parent Portal (eCheck or credit card) or you can send a check to the district office with the fees form. If you feel you may qualify for free/reduced meal status, please see the Food Service Info below and contact their team for the status of your application or get a waiver signed for the free/reduced status to apply to your fees.

The Food Service team and board has set meal prices for the 25-26 school year. Free and reduced meal applications are now available. If you have questions, you can call Melanie Girard or Lori Tigges at 775-5012.

You can put money into your students’ lunch accounts by paying on Infinite Campus/Parent Portal or sending a check to the district office at 1026 N Adams, Carroll, IA 51401 with a note of lunch money and the students’ name(s).
