On Tuesday, April 12th, second grade students enjoyed having Melanie Bruck give an "Ag in the Classroom" presentation. In this activity students were fishing for pictures of proteins, fruits, vegetables, dairy products, and grains and then identifying which category they belonged in. Melanie has visited the 2nd grade classrooms a few times this year and the students really enjoy learning about how agriculture is a part of our daily lives.
