Food Assistance Applications
Free and Reduced applications are available to fill out at any time during each school year. If you have already filled out an application or have been directly certified from the State of Iowa and received a letter from the school you do not need to fill another application. Applications are available at any building office, at Adams in the foodservice director’s office or online at this link: https://www.carroll.k12.ia.us/documents/food-and-nutrition/free-and-reduce-meal-info-%26-application/367347
